Explanation of Responses:

1. Reflects number of shares issued in respect of a Restricted Stock Unit (or RSU) award granted to the Reporting Person on August 8, 2017. Shares subject to the RSU were "earned" since the date of grant based on dividends declared and paid by the Issuer, and the shares earned then vested and were issued on or as of August 8, 2021 because the Reporting Person continued to be affiliated with the Issuer on that date.

2. All shares are owned directly, except for 2,894 shares which are owned indirectly, through the TESSCO Technologies 401(k) plan, 4,673 shares owned indirectly through the TESSCO Team Member Stock Purchase Plan, and 782 shares which are the subject of PSUs awarded for performance year fiscal 2019 PSUs earned but not yet vested.
