COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES	NOTE 19. COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES We have firm purchase commitments and agreements with various suppliers to ensure the availability of components. Purchase commitments as of March 31, 2020 are approximately $202.3 million. Our policy with respect to all purchase commitments is to record losses, if any, when they are probable and reasonably estimable. We continuously monitor these commitments for exposure to potential losses and will record a provision for losses when it is deemed necessary. We are involved in disputes and legal actions arising in the normal course of our business. There have been no material developments in legal proceedings in which we are involved during the three months ended March 31, 2020.
