On January 27, 2005, the Company issued a press release announcing its acquisition on January 6, 2004 from an unaffiliated party for an all in cost of $10 million, including closing costs and anticipated capital expenditures, of a 83 room Hampton Inn hotel in Columbia, MD. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
