In accordance with articles 9 and 10 under Chilean Securities Market Law N° 18,045, and as established under Chilean General Norm N°30 of the Financial Market Commission (“CMF” in Spanish), and as duly authorized on behalf of Enel Generación Chile S.A. (“Enel Generación Chile” or the “Company”), I hereby inform you as a significant event that as of this date, the Board of Directors took notice that Mr. Michele Siciliano presented his resignation to the position of Chief Executive Officer of Enel Generación, effective December 31, 2020. In his place, the Board has unanimously agreed to appoint Mr. James Lee Stancampiano as the new Chief Executive Officer of Enel Generación Chile S.A., effective January 1, 2021.
