Related-Party Transactions	10.RELATED-PARTY TRANSACTIONS The Company paid a total of $40,000 and $46,733 in 2012 and 2011, respectively, to the Chair and Vice Chair of the Company in consideration for the services they provided pursuant to consulting agreements.
