Mumbai, May 4, 2023: Further to our filing dated April 14, 2023 and pursuant to Regulations 29(1) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we hereby inform that the Board of Directors of Tata Motors Limited (‘the Company’) at its Board Meeting scheduled to be held on Friday, May 12, 2023 will consider, inter alia, the proposal of recommending declaration of a dividend on the Ordinary Shares and “A” Ordinary Shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2023, for approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming 78th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
