Outcome of the Board meeting held on June 23, 2021 - Approval of Tata Motors Limited Share-based Long Term Incentive Scheme 2021

 

June 25, 2021, Mumbai: Further to our filing dated June 23, 2021 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 [“SEBI Listing Regulations”], please be informed that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on June 23, 2021, based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, inter alia, approved the Issue of Performance Shares and/or Options to the eligible employees of the Company and its subsidiary companies as per the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2015 not exceeding 0.25% of the Company’s issued share capital, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

 

The meeting commenced at 4:30 p.m. and concluded at 6:45 p.m.
