Intimation of  the date of 75^th Annual General Meeting

Mumbai, July 1, 2020:Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the 75^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. (IST) via Video Conference / Other Audio Visual Means in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

The AGM Notice and Annual Report for the Financial Year 2019-20 will be circulated to Stock exchanges and the Members through electronic mode and will also be available on the Company’s website - www.tatamotors.com in due course.
