September 30, 2017, Mumbai: Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we inform you that:

 

    In continuation to our filing dated June 05, 2017, Mr. Ravindra Pisharody ceases to be the Executive Director (Commercial Vehicles) and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. September 30, 2017.

 

    Mr C Ramakrishnan, Chief Financial Officer of the Tata Motors’ Group retires w.e.f. September 30, 2017 and consequently ceases to be the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.

Enclosed herewith is the brief details of change of Key Managerial Personnel (Annexure A) as prescribed vide SEBI circular dated September 9, 2015.
