SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 12 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company entered into a new convertible promissory note for up to $100,000 from a third party on January 31, 2018. The note has an annual interest rate of 10% and is secured by the Company’s equipment. The note has a conversion feature for restricted common shares at $0.07 per share and a maturity date of July 31, 2018. The Company drew $40,000 against that note on February 23, 2018.
