21. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS

We consider our related parties to be our officers, directors and shareholders who have direct control and/or influence over the Company as well as other parties that can significantly influence management. We have identified transactions with individuals or entities associated with AT&T, which is represented on our Board of Directors and holds a 44.4% voting interest in CME Ltd. (see Note 14, "Equity") as at March 31, 2019, as material related party transactions.
