20. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS

We consider our related parties to be our officers, directors and shareholders who have direct control and/or influence over the Company as well as other parties that can significantly influence management. We have identified transactions with individuals or entities associated with Time Warner, which is represented on our Board of Directors and holds a 46.7% voting interest in CME Ltd. as at March 31, 2017, as material related party transactions.
