The following material event is reported by Embotelladora Andina S.A. (“Andina” or the “Company”) by virtue of the stipulations in Article 9 and subparagraph 2 of Article 10 of Law 18,045, and the provisions in Section II of General Rule No. 30 of the Superintendence of Securities and Insurance:

After 10 years of outstanding performance, Mr. Carlos Lohmann has resigned as General Manager and President of our Brazilian subsidiary, Río de Janerio Refrescos Ltda. His resignation will become effective on December 31^st, 2007.

Mr. Ricardo Gehrke, a Brazilian citizen and Business Manager has been appointed the new General Manager and President of our subsidiary in Brazil and will begin his duties on January 1^st 2008
