Subsequent Event Description	On April 13, 2022, the Company and its customer agreed to exercise the option to buy-back barrier as disclosed under Note 1. ‘Revenue Recognition-Sale to Customer with a Buy-Back Guarantee’ and executed an amendment to the buy-back agreement, increasing the quantity of barrier to be purchased from 210,000 linear feet to 325,000 linear feet. See Note 5 ‘Commitments’.
