The Company entered into a consulting arrangement with Mr. Norris on June 4, 2010, concurrent with him resigning from the Board, whereby he provided consulting and advisory services to the Company in exchange for a quarterly consulting fee of $5,000 through May 31, 2012. The Company paid Mr. Norris consulting fees of $13,333 during the year ended September 30, 2012.
