DEPOSIT ON EQUIPMENT	NOTE 4 – DEPOSIT ON EQUIPMENT On August 22, 2022, the Company made a deposit of $72,095 with USDC to purchase 18 Antminer S19j Pro 100^TH Bitcoin mining machines. The Company expects to receive delivery of the machines in December 2022.
