The Company is organized in a single operating segment for purposes of making operating decisions and assessing performance. Revenue from the United States to customers in the following geographical areas for the three and six months ended June 30, 2020 and 2019, and the location of long-lived assets as of June 30, 2020 and December 31, 2019, are summarized as follows:

For the three and six months ended June 30, 2019, the Company had two customers and one customer that accounted for 10% or more of total revenue, respectively.

As of June 30, 2020, the Company had two customers that accounted for 10% or more of the gross accounts receivable balance. As of December 31, 2019, the Company had one customer that accounted for 10% or more of the gross accounts receivable balance.
