The Company is organized in a single operating segment for purposes of making operating decisions and assessing performance. Revenue from the United States to customers in the following geographical areas for the three months ended March 31, 2023 and 2022, and the location of long-lived assets as of March 31, 2023 and December 31, 2022, are summarized as follows:
