Subsequent Events	(12) Subsequent Events Effective August 1, 2011, the Company modified the operating lease covering its corporate office facility so that it now expires in February 2017. The Company has the option to terminate the lease as of the last date of each month between August 31, 2013 and February 28, 2014, on nine months’ prior written notice. See Note (9) Commitments and Contingencies for additional information.
