Related Party Transactions	As of December 31, 2013, Mr. Micek, who serves as Chief Executive Officer, and another employee, have loaned the Company a total of $36,000 in support of continued operations. In addition, in an 8-K filed on March 6, 2014, Mr. Micek orally agreed to loan the Company the amount of $50,000, with repayment due on demand. As of April 23, 2014, Mr. Micek has advanced $43,000 to the Company.
