Amendment Description	The Original Filing was not reviewed by the Company’s Registered Independent Accounting Firm. This Amendment of the financial statements and accompanying Management’s Discussion for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2013 was reviewed by the Company’s Registered Independent Public Accounting Firm.
