Goodwill	In connection with the Bluestone acquisition, and in accordance with ASC Topic 805-30 “Business Combinations – Goodwill or Gain from Bargain Purchase Including Consideration Transferred,” we recorded goodwill in the amount of $4,462,000, a result of the Bluestone SA Acquisition, see Note 4- Bluestone SA Acquisition. In accordance with ASC Topic 350-20 "Intangibles - Goodwill and Other," goodwill will be assessed periodically."
