(1) Other revenues within the Interactive segment are inclusive of gaming tax reimbursement amounts related to third-party online sports betting and/or iCasino partners for online sports betting and iCasino market access of $104.1 million and $102.6 million for the three months ended September 30, 2024 and 2023, respectively, and $302.8 million and $283.4 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2024 and 2023, respectively. Additionally, due to the inclusion of Barstool operating results prior to the disposition on August 8, 2023, other revenues within the Interactive segment for the three months ended September 30, 2023 included $12.3 million in advertising revenue and $6.0 million in retail revenue and $69.4 million in advertising revenue and $29.8 million in retail revenue for the nine months ending September 30, 2023.

(2) Primarily represents the elimination of intersegment revenues associated with our retail sportsbooks, which are operated by PENN Interactive.
