At September 30, 2019, finished goods inventory for which title had passed to the customer and revenue was deferred amounted to $2.3 million (December 31, 2018 — $1.9 million).

There were no write-downs for excess and obsolete inventory based on current estimates of net realizable value considering future events and conditions, during the three and nine months ended September 30, 2019 and 2018.
