LIMITED POWER OF ATTORNEY

Know all by these presents, that the undersigned hereby constitutes and appoints Kevin Sipes and Christy Ames, as the undersigned’s true and lawful agent and attorney-in-fact, with full power to appoint a substitute or substitutes to act hereunder with the same power and authority as said agent and attorney-in-fact would have if personally acting, to:
