Basis of Accounting [Text Block]	(2) *Basis of Preparation* The accompanying unaudited consolidated financial statements were prepared in accordance with instructions for Form 10-Q and, therefore, do not include all disclosures necessary for a complete presentation of the consolidated balance sheets, consolidated statements of comprehensive income, consolidated statements of stockholders' equity and consolidated statements of cash flows in conformity with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). However, all normal recurring adjustments which are, in the opinion of management, necessary for the fair presentation of the interim financial statements have been included. The unaudited consolidated financial statements presented in this report should be read in conjunction with the audited consolidated financial statements and the accompanying notes for the year ended December 31, 2023, included in the Company's Form 10-K/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on March 19, 2024. The results of operations for the three month period ended March 31, 2024 are not necessarily indicative of the results which may be expected for the entire year. The Company has evaluated subsequent events for potential recognition and/or disclosure through the date the unaudited consolidated financial statements included in this Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q were issued.
