Basis of Accounting [Text Block]	(2) *Basis of Preparation* The accompanying unaudited consolidated financial statements were prepared in accordance with instructions for Form 10-Q and, therefore, do not include all disclosures necessary for a complete presentation of the consolidated balance sheets, consolidated statements of comprehensive income, consolidated statements of stockholders' equity and consolidated statements of cash flows in conformity with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). However, all normal recurring adjustments which are, in the opinion of management, necessary for the fair presentation of the interim financial statements have been included. The results of operations for the nine month period ended September 30, 2021 are not necessarily indicative of the results which may be expected for the entire year.
