Stockholders’ Equity

The Company

may

repurchase up to

$6

million of its common stock under the existing share repurchase program. The Company did

not

pay any dividends on its common stock but did repurchase

20,000

shares of its common stock in the open market for

$0.4

million under the share repurchase program during the

first

quarter of

2020.

Due to the current economic environment and the COVID-

19

pandemic, the Company has suspended its stock repurchase program and

no

additional repurchases are anticipated in the

second

quarter of

2020.
