HMN Financial, Inc.	*(1) HMN Financial, Inc.* HMN Financial, Inc. (HMN or the Company) is a stock savings bank holding company that owns 100 percent of Home Federal Savings Bank (the Bank). The Bank has a community banking philosophy and operates retail banking and loan production offices in Minnesota and Iowa. The Bank has one wholly owned subsidiary, Osterud Insurance Agency, Inc. (OIA), which offers financial planning products and services. HMN has another wholly owned subsidiary, Security Finance Corporation (SFC), which is currently not actively engaged in any activities. The consolidated financial statements included herein are for HMN, SFC, the Bank and OIA. All significant intercompany accounts and transactions have been eliminated in consolidation.
