Schedule of Carrying Values and Estimated Fair Values of Debt Instruments Rates available to AWR and GSWC at December 31, 2025 and 2024 for debt with similar terms and remaining maturities were used to estimate fair value for long-term debt. Changes in the assumptions will produce differing results.
