Item 7.01            Regulation FD Disclosure

On March 30, 2023, Unity Bancorp’s President and Chief Executive Officer, James Hughes, appeared on the Joe Piscopo radio show. Unity Bancorp is furnishing the below disclosures:

● Unity Bank has approximately 35,000 deposit accounts.

● The average deposit account balance was approximately $28,000.

● Approximately 75% of Unity Bank’s deposit base is FDIC insured.

● Approximately 50% of Unity Bank’s deposit base is retail.
