Amendment Description	This Amendment No. 1 to the Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q (the “Amendment”) of Cenveo, Inc. (the “Company”) for the quarterly period ended June 27, 2015, as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on July 30, 2015 (the “Original Filing”), is being filed to disclose that our current independent registered public accounting firm, BDO USA, LLP (“BDO”), has completed its review of the unaudited interim financial information for the quarterly period ended June 27, 2015 presented in the Original Filing under Public Company Accounting Oversight Board AU 722, as required by SEC rules. The caption stating “unreviewed” in the Original Filing has been removed from the Financial Statements; Part 1, Item 1 of the Original Filing has been amended to include a report from BDO; Notes 1 and 18 of the Notes to Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements included in Part I, Item 1 of the Original Filing have been amended and deleted, respectively, to reflect the completion of such review; a portion of Note 2 of the Notes to Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements included in Part I, Item 1 of the Original Filing has been deleted, as not required; Part II, Item 5 of the Original Filing has been amended to reflect the completion of such review and the filing of this Amendment; and Part II, Item 6 of the Original Filing has been amended to include Section 906 certifications and a letter from BDO regarding the unaudited interim financial information. No other changes have been made to the Original Filing. Following BDO’s review, this Amendment was not, and is not required to be, updated to reflect any events or transactions occurring after the date of the Original Filing, or modify or update disclosures that may have been affected by events or transactions occurring subsequent to such filing date, and, except as described above, all information and exhibits included in the Original Filing remain unchanged.
