SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Effective April 1, 2019, the Company expanded it's participation in the Texas Quality Incentive Payment Program (“QIPP”) as administered by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission. Four skilled nursing centers previously operated by the Company entered into a transaction with a Texas medical district participating in the QIPP, providing for the transfer of the provider license from the Company to the medical district. The Company’s operating subsidiary retained the management of the centers on behalf of the medical district.
