             Point Therapeutics, Inc. ("Point") issued a press release on
             June 12, 2006 announcing that they presented a preclinical
             poster on Point's lead diabetes compound, PT-630, at the
             American Diabetes Association 66th Annual Scientific Sessions
             on Sunday, June 11, 2006.

             A copy of the press release dated June 12, 2006 is being filed
             as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
