ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE DUE FROM NON-OPERATORS AND ACCOUNTS PAYABLE DUE TO DRILLING OPERATOR	NOTE 4 – ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE DUE FROM NON-OPERATORS AND ACCOUNTS PAYABLE DUE TO DRILLING OPERATOR Trans Energy was the drilling operator for wells drilled on behalf of other companies in which Trans Energy owns a working interest. As of December 31, 2011, Trans Energy was owed by third parties for drilling costs to be reimbursed in the amount of $1,754,020. In 2012, another owner became the drilling operator for wells in which Trans Energy owns a working interest. As of December 31, 2012, Trans Energy owed the drilling operator $839,456 for charges incurred, but not paid.
