The Form 10-K was not filed within the prescribed time period primarily because additional time is required to complete certain valuations and projections that could affect the disclosures and/or numbers included in such Form 10-K.

Our preliminary consolidated net loss for the year ended September 30, 2013 is expected to be approximately $1.3 million greater than our approximately $2.6 million consolidated net loss for the year ended September 30, 2012.
