Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure 

Responding to recent inquiries by potential investors and other individuals and firms regarding our revenue expectations for the coming year, we are now estimating a minimum of forty percent (40%) year-over-year growth for our total revenues for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2008, as compared to our total revenues for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2007.

In addition to the above, consistent with prior guidance in this area, we are confirming our expectations of approximately $12.1 million revenues for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2007. Our revenues were approximately $8.4 million for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2006.
