GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo. — March 10, 2017 — Ciber, Inc. (NYSE: CBR) a leading global information technology consulting, services and outsourcing company, confirmed that Legion Partners Asset Management, LLC (“Legion Partners”) has submitted a notice of its intent to nominate two candidates to stand for election to the Board of Directors (“Board”) at the Company’s 2017 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “2017 Annual Meeting”).
