401(k) Savings Plan	401(k) Savings Plan Almost all of our U.S. employees are eligible to participate in our 401(k) savings plan. We match a portion of the employees' contribution and the vesting of this matching contribution occurs over six years. Forfeitures reduce our matching contributions. We record forfeitures when a participant's employment ends. We recorded expense of $1.3 million, $1.3 million and $1.0 million in 2014, 2013 and 2012, respectively, related to this plan.
