Note 4. Accounts Receivable and Allowance for Doubtful Accounts

At December 31, 2015, one Macau S.A.R. casino customer, whose account is current, accounted for 33% of our accounts receivable balance. At December 31, 2014, one Macau S.A.R. casino customer, whose account has been paid in full, accounted for 30% of our accounts receivable balance.

The allowance for doubtful accounts consists of the following (in thousands):
