Supplement to Prospectus Dated May 1, 2018
The fund pays T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. (the fund's investment adviser) an annual all-inclusive management fee of 1.05% based on the fund's average daily net assets. This all-inclusive management fee includes all of the fund's operating expenses except for interest; taxes; brokerage commissions; and nonrecurring, extraordinary expenses. Effective July 1, 2018, T. Example This example is intended to help you compare the cost of investing in the fund with the cost of investing in other mutual funds. The example assumes that you invest $10,000 in the fund for the time periods indicated and then redeem all of your shares at the end of those periods, that your investment has a 5% return each year, and that the fund’s operating expenses remain the same. The example also assumes that an expense limitation currently in place is not renewed; therefore, the figures have been adjusted to reflect fee waivers or expense reimbursements only in the periods for which the expense limitation arrangement is expected to continue. Although your actual costs may be higher or lower, based on these assumptions your costs would be:
