Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

On September 11, 2019, Michael Umansky will transition from his role as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Motorcar Parts of America, Inc. (the “Company”) to become the Company’s Of Counsel.
 
Further, on September 5, 2019, the Company appointed Juliet Stone to serve as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, effective as of September 11, 2019.
