TREASURY STOCK	TREASURY STOCK On October 23, 2012, the Company's Board of Directors authorized a repurchase plan of up to $75.0 million of its outstanding common stock through December 2014. The Company has not repurchased any of its outstanding shares of common stock during the nine month periods ended September 30, 2014 and 2013. As of September 30, 2014, there remained $75.0 million available for repurchases under this authorization. See Note 14 - Subsequent Events regarding changes to this share repurchase plan made after September 30, 2014.
