Subsequent Events
:
 
On
March 11, 2020,
the World Health Organization classified the COVID-
19
outbreak as a pandemic. The COVID-
19
pandemic did
not
have a material impact on the Company’s financial condition, or results of operations, as of or for the
three
months ended
March 31, 2020.
The Company is an essential business and remains open in all locations, adhering to all health guidelines to operate safely provided by government officials and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The Company has implemented actions to maintain its financial health and liquidity. The Company continues to monitor the impacts of the COVID-
19
pandemic on the fair value of assets. Falling metals prices could lead to lower of cost or market inventory adjustments and future changes in sales, earnings and cash flows related to long-lived assets to be held and used, intangible assets and goodwill could cause these assets to become impaired.
