Restructuring Charges	Restructuring Charges The 2019 Plan In June 2019, the Company initiated a restructuring program to reduce overall expenses which is expected to improve future profitability by reducing spending on research and development efforts and sales, general and administrative programs (the “2019 Plan”). In connection with this restructuring program, the Company initiated a plan of termination resulting in a reduction of approximately 80 employees. During the six months ended June 30, 2020, the Company recorded a charge of approximately $0.8 million related to the reduction in workforce. No charge was recorded during the three months ended June 30, 2020. The 2019 Plan was substantially completed in the second quarter of 2020.
