Acquisition

On June 8, 2012, the Companycompleted its acquisition of substantially all of the assets of RVO BioPur, LLC ("BioPur"). Headquartered in Waterbury, Connecticut, BioPur provides used cooking oil collection and grease trap services to restaurants and food service establishments in the New England area of the Company's existing East coast operations. Pro forma results of operations for the BioPur acquisition have not been presented because the effect is not deemed material to revenues and net income of the Company for any fiscal period presented.
