Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On July 27, 2023, Tractor Supply Company (the "Company") issued a press release reporting its results of operations for the fiscal second quarter ended July 1, 2023. Additionally, the Company updated the guidance for the results of operations expected for the full fiscal year ending December 30, 2023.
