Items 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
On March 14, 2006, the Corporation appointed Dana F. Guzzo as Chief Accounting Officer. Ms. Guzzo, age 40, has been Controller of the Corporation since 2005 and Vice President of the Corporation since 2004. Ms. Guzzo was the Director, Internal Audit for W. R. Grace and Co. from 2001 to 2004.
Prior to the appointment of Ms. Guzzo, Anne H. Lloyd, Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, served as the Corporation’s Chief Accounting Officer.
