Item 8.01   Other Events.
On June 7, 2011, the Corporation received an imminent danger order issued by the Mine Safety and Health Administration under section 107(a) of the Federal Mine Safety and Health Act of 1977 at its Auburn quarry in Auburn, Alabama. The order stated that an employee was standing approximately nine feet above the ground on the hood of a truck to replace a light fixture at the top of the cab and was not wearing fall protection.
