Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On January 28, 2025, the Company delivered activation notices to JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A., as administrative agent under the Company’s Unsecured Facility, in connection with commitment increases by Texas Capital Bank, an existing lender, and Truist Bank, a new lender, pursuant to which the available borrowing capacity under the Unsecured Facility was increased from $300.0 million to $365.0 million.
